24-Hour TowingToday's vehicles can require special "hookup" and towing procedures that you may not be aware of. Your vehicle can be physically and mechanically damaged by improper maneuvering. Car Rental
We understand the inconvenience of not having a vehicle while yours is being repaired. We can help you with car rental arrangements. Most rental rates are in accordance with your insurance company allowances.
Convenient, On-Site Estimating
You don't need to bring your vehicle to us. We bring the estimating to you! Just let us know where your vehicle is located and
we will send a representative to analyze the damage.
Vehicle Pickup and Delivery
If it's more convenient for you, we can arrange to pickup and/or deliver your vehicle.
Direct Repair Program
Our Direct Repair Program, offers fast claims and speedy repair service. After an accident, simply call your insurance agent or claims office, then bring your vehicle directly to Magic Touch. Your claim is sent from your insurer electronically to us. An estimate then comes back to the claims office and, with your approval, we begin repairs; many times on the same day.
Electronic Estimating
All damage reports are compiled with ADP Shoplink Collision Estimating System. ADP Shoplink computer-based workflow streamlines the estimating and repair process. ADP's digital imaging quickly captures high-quality images of vehicle damage and prints, stores, and communicates them to your insurance company.
Frame and Unibody Repair
The frame or unibody of your vehicle is comparable to the foundation of your home. It must be strong and precise before anything can be built or repaired around it. Metal Repair and Replacement
Metal repair and replacement is an extremely critical phase of the repair process. We strive to use original replacement parts and factory approved repair procedures. All necessary corrosion protection procedures are used to meet or exceed factory corrosion warranties.
Refinishing

The Refinish Warrant isn't available to just anyone with a paint sprayer. Only trained painters at certified collision repair centers are eligible. In fact, both the painters and the shop must be certified to participate in the program. In order to qualify, painting professionals receive special factory training. And the shops are evaluated carefully for professionalism, reliability, proper equipment, safety procedures and consistently high performance.
